At Luxury-24, we offer international shipping for select rentals under the following terms:

1. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover shipping costs under any circumstance.

2. International Shipping
For orders outside the country, we ship exclusively via DHL. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and service selected.

3. Delivery Timeline
We recommend booking at least 10–15 days in advance to allow for dress preparation, confirmation, and transit. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

4. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed and full payment is received, we will process your shipment and provide tracking details.

5. Liability
Luxury-24 is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages during transit. Any shipping issues should be resolved directly with DHL.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (if applicable) and must use a tracked service. Late returns may result in penalties as outlined in the rental contract.

7. In-Store Pickup Option
If you’re located nearby, we strongly recommend visiting our showroom to try on and pick up your dress in person for the best experience.
