Refund policy

At Luxury-24, all rentals are secured through a signed agreement that outlines the terms of service. Please note the following:

1. No Cash Refunds
We do not offer refunds. If a booking is canceled or changed in accordance with your contract, the paid amount will be added to your account as store credit.

2. Store Credit Validity
Credit will remain in your Luxury-24 account for up to 1 year from the original payment date. It can be used toward any future rental.

3. Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to the terms stated in your signed contract. Eligible cancellations will be credited accordingly.

4. Use of Credit
Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the original customer. It cannot be exchanged for cash or extended beyond the 1-year validity.

5. Contract Terms Apply
This policy is part of our overall service agreement. The signed contract takes priority in any case of dispute or clarification.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
